Don't know why, but we've been eating sandwiches an awful lot lately, well, probably because we've been traveling ... but DH requested another one for linner (late lunch/early dinner).

I'll be making Italian Hoagies served with Wavy Potato Chips and homemade Apple Pie (reads Crostata) a la Mode for dessert later.

... and I don't even LIKE Apple Pie, but I like this one! :yum:

I made another batch of channa masala - a.k.a. chlole - this time without any meat in it. I liked the other one better, I think because it had black cardamom, and some other spices, as well. Still, this was good, and is served with a yogurt mix, with some sliced cherry tomatoes and chili peppers.

I cooked a Near Eastern meatloaf made in the style of Luleh (Lula) kebabs. Served with a baked potato and steamed asparagus.

We had Italian sausage, home fries, and rajma masala. Rajma masala is a red kidney bean curry. I just nuked it. It comes from Kitchen's of India. It was really tasty.

This is something new to med.
How did you make yours?
I think that this is a sauce that I would like,
but maybe not my husband ... too bad! Anything with
Bacon in it is ok my by me.
Wouldn't that be yummy over a nice piece of poached Fish? :yum:

I'll get the recipe posted in a few minutes. We really like it. This is the second time I've made it within a few weeks, which rarely happens in our household.
