We ordered Indian food. I am in happy anticipation. The brown basmati rice is cooking as I type this.

SO was hungry for Tuna Melts. So be it. Pickles and chips on the side.

Tonight's dinner was pork meatballs in a chipotle tomato cream sauce over egg noodles.

Dinner from a diner. I had matzo ball soup and a baked potato with cheese and broccoli. Iced tea to drink. Frank had liver and onions, mashed potatoes, and corn with buttered rolls. MsMofet's butter rolls looked better, but these were fine.

Supper was delicious. This is what we had:

Clockwise on the lazy Susan, starting at the top left: onion bhajis, methi gosht (lamb), chicken korma balti, chicken tikka, and not on the Susan, next to the methi gosht: roti. There was also home cooked, brown basmati rice and Wernesgrüner Pils (beer).

Oops, I guess I can't link to my photos in Google Pictures. Thank you for letting me know. I'll try something else.

I'll repeat the description.

BTW msmofet, thank you for including that screen shot. It helped me figure what the problem was. I hope that worked. I think it should. I just checked in a private window.

I made pan-roasted pork chops last night, with Stove Top stuffing, enhanced with sautéed onions and celery, and homemade applesauce.
