Grilled N.Y. Strip, Baby 'Bella's Sautee'd in Butter and Burgandy , Braised Radishes, Air Fries, Salad...

We had homemade chicken salad on brioche buns and we have homemade fruit salad like my grandmother used to make (to the best of my memory) for dessert.

We had Habitant French Canadian pea soup and made sandwiches at the table with various cold cuts and Swiss cheese.

We have leftovers to clean up, so I took the time to make composed salads.

We had ham steak, mashed potatoes and a veggie.

NY Strip steak sous vide 131 for 1 hour then seared on a charcoal chimney.

It's been getting chilly here, so it's soup time! Turkish soup with sumac broth, tomato broth, lamb meatballs, caramelized onions and chopped tomatoes. I haven't been feeling great the last couple of days, so we filled up on this and ice cream bars later.
