Porchetta, fingerling potatoes parcooked, finished in the porchetta drippings on the grill, green beans.

I pulled a bag of naked stuffed cabbage (just meatballs, no cabbage wrap) from the freezer a few days ago and had to use them. Served them with dreamy creamy mashed potatoes, sauteed shredded Brussel sprouts with a splash of lemon juice and fresh grated Parmigiana Reggiano, and stuffed zucchini.

I'm at the tail end of a migraine, so I couldn't manage much. I had some ground beef that was going to go off, so I made meatloaf. I served it with some already cooked fingerling potatoes that I nuked and pulled out the last of the rødkål (Danish red cabbage). It was pretty good.
