This is how I do mine.
4 - 6oz filets
1/2 c sliced almonds
2 T melted butter
1/2 oz white wine
Salt, Pepper, Paprika, to taste
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Brush both sides with butter, lightly. Crust top of fish with almonds. Drizzle wine over top of fish, then season with Salt, Pepper, and Paprika.
Bake for 12 minutes until almonds are toasted.
