Tonight for supper it was store bought, breaded haddock, oven fries, and homemade coleslaw. There was also malt vinegar for the fries. I get the breaded haddock with my Lufa Farms basket. It's from a fish monger in Nova Scotia who gets her products from local fishers. As usual, we enjoyed our fish 'n chips.
When I made lasagna last month for DH's birthday, I divided the recipe into two 8x8-inch pans. We had the second one last night, with salad and focaccia from the freezer.
