Cincinnati Chili...... Chili over Thin Spaghetti, Topped with Shredded Sharp Cheddar and Rough-Chopped Red Onion..........

We took delivery of a new grill yesterday. So Dh grilled hamburgers today and I fixed cole slaw.

It's Taco Wednesday at our house! We had chicken tinga tacos.

A (frozen) Zippy's Chili Frank Plate, pretty dang close to
what we get back home!
I use Vienna brand Jumbo Hot Dogs.



... complete with chopped Sweet (not Maui) Onions and shredded Cheddar,
with a big scoop of my copycat Zippy's Macaroni Salad.

*belch*

I don't think we'll be having dessert tonight, everyone is stuffed!

Tonight for supper it was store bought, breaded haddock, oven fries, and homemade coleslaw. There was also malt vinegar for the fries. I get the breaded haddock with my Lufa Farms basket. It's from a fish monger in Nova Scotia who gets her products from local fishers. As usual, we enjoyed our fish 'n chips.

We had meatloaf, mashed potatoes and green beans.

Thawed b'day cake was dessert.

After taking the dogs out in the morning, Mikey said, it smells like someone's making spaghetti! Can we have spaghetti tonight?

When I made lasagna last month for DH's birthday, I divided the recipe into two 8x8-inch pans. We had the second one last night, with salad and focaccia from the freezer.
