Fulfilled another request from SO. Empanadas.

I defrosted some "campfire sausages" and we ate them on hot dog buns. DH fried the sausages. I toasted the buns in the toaster oven. We both put out the condiments, etc. It was pretty good. We had Toro Loco rosé wine with that.

We had meatloaf and mashed potatoes topped with milk gravy. Also buttered corn.

Banana pudding was dessert.

Pizza Night

DIL makes the best pizza's! Uses a dough from a large box grocer here (Fortino's). She made double batch with several different toppings to match everyone's taste. Delish!
