I like mine any old way...
I have used pita breads as a crust... tortillas for a thin, crispy pizza... I love just vegies on it... all different kinds of cheeses.. or just cheese.. or all meat.. or I like a take-out from Pizza Hut.. their Stuffed Crust is awesome!
I like using my pizza baking stone too! I tried a chicken caesar pizza.. with cooked chicken breast, grated parmesan, and alittle lettuce on top that had been mixed with caesar dressing, then more grated parmesan cheese.

I am also not picky when it comes to pizza either. I will even eat frozen, like Diogornos. All those you mentioned sound very good!
Pizza Hut is also my favorite take-out place too.

I wondered how long it would take for Pizza to be mentioned. There was a time when Pizza Hut made very good Pizza here in town but it changed. Now it sucks in my opinion. We get pizaa from Jets that is pretty good. Mama Mias here is probably the best here in town. Our favorite is my homemade pizza. I get the best ingrdients I can find from our local Italian Grocery.

It would have to be sushi - if I just had to pick one it would be spicy tuna rolls.

Fish. I can never get enough in any form. Course, I'd probably expire from mercury poisoning, but that's another thread.

Oh! This is an easy one. If I could only eat one food, it would have to be Soylent Green.
