My special fried rice. I added some peas this time since so many of you mentioned them in the thread. Good idea!

I have a pot of beef goulash cooking on the stove. We'll have that over egg noodles with a veggie.

We opted for carry out Chinese food: Peking duck, Szechuan string beans, Kung Pao chicken. Shrimp egg rolls. Leftovers likely tomorrow.

Sliced leftover sirloin steal from last night over arugula salad, a slice of tart and a couple cherry filled cookies.

I heated the last of the Indian food from the resto. I pulled some cooked, brown, basmati rice out of the freezer and nuked it. That food was surprisingly good for a leftover.

Some fine looking dinners tonight.

We had tossed salads with a deviled egg garnish. That was followed by (store bought) pulled pork on kaiser rolls (mine had a few slices of bread and butter pickles), homemade dill pickles, and the first potato salad of 2021.
