Independence Day Dinner - 2018

Well, back in 1776 the Brits didn't know about our July 4th "Declaration" until August 30th, do we get to celebrate again on that date?

We had ribeyes on the grill, a salad, and a small baked potato (divided mine in half) or brunch yesterday. Leftovers for supper with an addition of grilled veggies. Watermelon for dessert.
