ISO: Sides for BBQ Pork Strips

So, I will be making bbq pork strips, but I am trying to think of something creatively delicious to pair with it.

I'm thinking about a veggie & fruit. And possibly a dessert.

Something that adults & children would enjoy...

Vegetable....Corn on the Cob
Dessert.......Banana Pudding...

How about some sort of corn salad with bell peppers and lime? Or a potato salad, I have some good warm or cold recipes.
