Labor Day Dinner....Monday 9-7-15

I ended up with kind of a throw together loaded up burrito for dinner this evening, and 2 large glasses of milk. It was delish, but couldn't quite finish it all. Refried pintos, rice, leftover pulled pork, black beans, jalapenos, onions, and a little Herdez salsa verde, topped with a last minute rough chopped pico de gallo and more salsa verde. A dollop of sour cream and some cilantro would have been nice, but I'm out....
