Stirling's tummy was feeling "delicate", so I made an omelette. I added a bunch of scallion, just the green part and a fair amount of diced feta. I also reheated some twice baked potatoes. There was also wholegrain wheat toast with butter. Tasted pretty good. I'm quite full now.

Tonight's dinner was beef barley soup with mushrooms and cast iron skillet dinner rolls.

Soup sounds perfect! I got some chicken and noodle soup from Bob Evans and ordered the pork tenderloin with mashed potatoes and string beans. Frank had a salad with the country fried steak, mashed potatoes and corn. It was pretty tasty and came with a slice of apple and a slice of pumpkin pie!

It was lazy indeed at our house. I pulled a pepperoni pizza out of the freezer and doctored it up with onion, mushroom, ham and cheese. Along with a really nice spring greens salad it filled the gap.

We had a larger than usual breakfast so, decided not to cook our planned meal.

We settled for chicken noodle soup and buttered crackers.

Of course we had room for cake, later.
