Mon. 2/25/19 What's for Dinner tonight?

Last night we ended up ordering a pizza for watching the Oscars, so tonight I'll be making my Chicken Nacho's that were planned.



What's on your plate for dinner tonight?

Condo board meeting tonight. When I get home we'll have leftover Cottage Pie.

Our back patio is still clear of snow,
so my plan is to grill Salmon Fillets,
put on a fresh pot of Rice
and steam some fresh Green Beans,
Waffle Ice Cream Sandwiches for dessert later

The patio is still clear, but the temperature is about 30 F and falling, and the wind is gusting over 40 mph, so grilling is out of the question.

Cajun shrimp and linguine, green salad on the side.

Thawed some previously made enchiladas, made a small batch of chili w/beans..
Added a green salad..

Was a lazy day so, no dessert..

My grandson Tyler has been here with me since noon, he's off school today with a cold and cough. He's been snacking here and there, so I'll just throw something together for dinner when he gets picked up at 5.

DD & I made chili over brown rice tonight.

We ordered Chinese. I'm snacking on the leftover imperial roll and fried chicken dumplings.

Not to brag, but those individual Chicken Nacho Bowls of ours could not have been bought anywhere.
