Monday, 12/12/16, dinner. What's on your plate?

I woke up with a cold--achy, sneezing, coughing. The Elders had leftover pasta concoction. I'm going to have to suck it and cook Tuesday (today).
 
Thanks guys. It was pretty good, but I think I prefer the regular recipe. It was pretty darn spicy with the andouille, even with the meat spice mix cut in half.
 
Late one last. Italian sausage with green beans and a chunky salad...we had guy over to do some work on the house and after he was done, he came down to chat in the kitchen. He wouldn't leave and we didn't want to start eating in front of him...we finally asked him if he wanted to join us and he said no...but stood there another half hour...:LOL:...sausage and beans were cold and salad was warm....:mad:
