DH didn't get much sleep, so he was feeling a bit like a zombie and said that he wouldn't appreciate a special meal, which had been the plan. So, I pulled a store bought, beef tourtière out of the freezer as well as some store bought potato wedges / oven fries (those are a lot tastier than I expected). I made a salad and pulled some homemade vinaigrette out of the fridge. I also made some gravy. It was all pretty darned good.

Cubed steak with onion gravy cooked in the instant pot, roasted brussels sprouts and mashed potato. I had leftover dough from pizza last night and made a crusty boule out of it, nice on a cold and rainy day.
 
I made crab and avocado enchiladas, served with Spanish rice and coleslaw dressed with Cholula and mayonnaise.

Chocolate cake for dessert.
