Shrimp Etouffee' over White rice, Side Salad....
Didn't have a Green Bell Pepper, subbed a red one.... no damage...

Chicken salad with pecans and currants, with a spicy Cajun ranch dressing, with EPCOT cheese bread.

We had some of the leek and potato soup I made last week and grill cheese sandwiches, the way we like them: Jarlsberg cheese, salsa, raw onion, another slice of Jarlsberg, on whole grain bread. That was a satisfying, tasty meal.
 
Tonight we had a SV bone-in ribeye finished in a CI skillet. Mashed yukon gold potatoes and steamed broccoli rounded out the meal.
 
The pot roast was smelling too good to wait until tomorrow. Just eating now, but worth it. Carrots and pearl onions were in the pan with the roast. Peas and garlic mashed potatoes with parsley.
