Tonights dinner is Miralax dissolved in orange Gatorade. Yummm!

Working on chef's salads.

Dh isn't home yet so can't finish them.

Sauteed some zucchini and squash in olive oil seasoned with some Lemon Pepper seasoning and threw the rest of my leftover ribeye in there, fixed some butter noodles, and a cup of the ever-present watermelon. Mom is on a grilled cheese and tomato kick lately.

I had not made "Crockpot Thai Peanut Chicken" for quite a while, so that was our supper tonight. Even though I used less chicken than it calls for (1.5 pounds instead of 2), I doubled up the sauce. It's so good I could almost drink it. Almost!

We had no motivation, so we had some of the cooked Italian sausages. DH had his on hot dog buns. I had mine with a piece of sunflower & wholegrain wheat bread and some sauerkraut. We also had some of the Dragon Lady sesame noodles.

I had one homemade taco.
