My plan was to make us three Entrée Sized Chef Salads,
but when I went to get the Ham, Turkey and Cheese,
I forgot to go back to the Deli Counter to pick up my order

Plan B:

(file photo)

Cheese Tortellini with Sweet Italian Sausage, Kale and loads of Garlic, Olive Oil and grated Cheese

I ran out of spoons, so we ordered out. DH ordered a sub and a poutine and I had chicken wings and fries. It was a really nice change.

Leftovers. One of these days I will learn to cook for two. Probably right after we move back near the kids.

Scrambled eggs w/ham & cheese, peanut butter toast x 2, watermelon, dark chocolate w/sea salt mini bar. Mom had the eggs and toast, but strawberries for dessert and no chocolate.
