I did a 7 course meal last week for some of my wife's colleagues. Unfortunately I'm missing two photos - chilled avocado soup which I served with the crab and lemon shortbread with fresh whipped cream and berries.

thanks lee. it's a little work with no sous chef, but i've done many of these so i've got a system now.

this time around just five guest plus my wife and i. the most i've done is 10 courses for 10 people. that was definitely my limit. i've been lurking a lot and i've posted here and there, but this is my first "real" contribution. :)
