DD #2 made her tortellini, tomato and spinach soup. It was very good and I didn't have to cook.

I made a scampi-like dish with marinated artichoke hearts.

We had delivery from our Go-To Chinese Carry-Out. I had beef and scallops with lots of veggies and white rice. Frank had General Tso's Chicken.

I baked a ham, which we had with four veggies. Expect to see ham frequently in the next week or so.

DH made burgers tonight. As msmofet put it, "It was very good and I didn't have to cook". I did make some coleslaw with red cabbage and carrots. Yes, there is a naked burger on my plate in addition to the one on the bun. I'm a much bigger fan of meat than of carbs.
