I made an old standby, pork in mushroom herb sauce, but I used sliced onion instead of 'shrooms. Had it with boiled potatoes. I had intended to bring out the pickled beets, but I forgot them. Didn't even notice that there was no veg (other than 'taters and onion) until supper was done. Made for a very beige meal. Oh well, at least it was tasty.
