Pork sirloin in onion gravy with sour cream mashed potato and zucchini.

Chicken noodle vege soup with garlic, ginger, onion, shiitakis, baby bok choy, snow pea pods, carrots, garnishes of rendered chicken skin and cilantro.

We never did get to the leftover Chinese food the other day, but it's gone now! Leftover corned beef and cabbage left for tomorrow, but I think we're going to venture out to our favorite Irish pub for a quick, socially distanced bite. Details tomorrow.
 
I ran out of spoons, so we ordered from Quesada, a local TexMex resto. DH had a large burrito and I had a burrito bowl. I had been craving that.
 
Made a small batch of baked beans.
Had them on sourdough toast with brats, tomatoes and beer.

Chocolate mini eclairs was dessert.
