Tonight I just grabbed a meal of Hungarian goulash soup from the freezer. Also, a couple of dinner rolls, also from the freezer.

Spaghetti with clam sauce and salad!

leftovers here; refried beans, creamed chicken over biscuits and fresh herb bread. Had to test the coffee cake meant for tomorrows breakfast.

Chicken and tasso jambalaya, with Very Hot Creole sauce for Craig. Purchased cherry turnovers with ice cream for dessert.

This is my rendition of the Italian Feast Of The Seven Fishes



















I do something similar each year.

Shrimp Cocktail
Lobster Tail with melted Kerrygold Garlic & Herb Butter
Kamaboko or Japanese Steamed Fish Cake with Wasabi & Shoyu
New Zealand Green Lip Mussel Cocktail with EXTRA Horseradish
Ahi Poke Local-Style
Lomi Lomi Salmon, yum! I make my own Salt Salmon for this dish
TJ's Mini Pizza with Anchovies (plain for me thanks)
a small bowl of steamed White Rice to go with

... and freshly baked Apple Crostata for dessert later

Both DH and I have migraines, so no one was up for cooking. We had bean and sausage soup from a week ago and some whole grain wheat bread and butter. It was good. It was all we could manage.

Had some snacks earlier on, the rack 'o' lamb..

Christmas Eve Dinner was shrimp cocktail and homemade cocktail sauce, Caesar salad with homemade garlic croutons, clams casino, linguine with white cockles sauce, and garlic bread.

Capt. Parker made the clam chowder; I heated it up. Crusty baguette from Aldi that I pulled from the freezer and freshened in the toaster oven.

As posted in the Covid Christmas thread, we had our Christmas dinner and gift exchange @ D&SIL's home.

Turkey with all the fixins. Pumpkin pie for dessert, then gift exchange. Came home with leftovers and wonderful gifts.
