Tonight I'm roasting a spatchcocked chicken and serving it with pilaf and green peas.

What are your plans?

I had a Wendy’s Apple pecan salad.

Braised oxtail over french fries. I know it sounds odd, but this is what the recipe we always use for oxtail calls for. We usually serve over mashies, but thought we'd give the fries a try. It was different, but I think we prefer the mashies.

I don't feel like cooking so we're ordering pizza from Domino's. We really like their Hawaiian combo..ham/bacon/red bell peppers/Provolone/ and EXTRA pineapple. I know Casey will be gagging when he reads this.

Leftover roast and fixings. Have enough for one or two more meals, which I don't mind.
