I took the other beef tornado from the package I opened Friday. I took off the bacon and cut the meat into strips. I fried the bacon and then sautéed the beef strips. I sautéed some chopped garlic and made a wine and cream sauce to cover the meat. I made a salad of rainbow chard, sorrel, baby bok choy, red onion, peas, and corn, with homemade vinaigrette. There were also duck fat French fries that I bought frozen. Dessert was homemade strawberry ice cream.
