I'm keeping it simple tonight. Leftover roadrunner chili, corn muffin, balsamic green bean salad, and a Canada Dry Ginger Ale Zero Sugar.

We had salads of greens (Boston, romaine) and roots (purple and golden beets, radishes, carrots) followed by cheesy scalloped potatoes and ham.

I took the other beef tornado from the package I opened Friday. I took off the bacon and cut the meat into strips. I fried the bacon and then sautéed the beef strips. I sautéed some chopped garlic and made a wine and cream sauce to cover the meat. I made a salad of rainbow chard, sorrel, baby bok choy, red onion, peas, and corn, with homemade vinaigrette. There were also duck fat French fries that I bought frozen. Dessert was homemade strawberry ice cream.
