What's on your plate, Tuesday, 10-20-20?

Stone crab season is open in Florida. So, since Craig was in Naples today, he came home with some. Baked potatoes on the side and the mustard sauce from Joe Stone Crabs.

I put a chunk of pork loin in the slow cooker along with a jar of sauerkraut. We had that with creamy mashed potatoes, roasted cauliflower and Brussels sprouts, fresh made applesauce, and pickled beets. Himself kept sniffing around the kitchen. [emoji38]

We had a leafy salad of Boston lettuce, rainbow chard, sliced red onion, and homemade vinaigrette. There were also some samosas that I ordered with my grocery basket. I also put out some hard cooked eggs, cheddar curds, feta, the last of the buffalo mozzarella, capers and Saturday's bean salad. That worked well.

Craving a Blue Plate Special, I went with meatloaf, mashed potatoes and green beans. (blue dragons count, don't they?)
Baked a messy BlackBerry pie for dessert.
