So ......................went to the store today , for Hamburger Buns..........
Spent $55 ; came home without Hamburger Buns....................

I had chicken salad with pita crackers, sliced cucumber, watermelon, popcorner chips. Mom had her usual grilled cheese and tomatoes, strawberries for dessert,

Corned beef and cabbage, in the oven. Well, cabbage isn't there yet. Just the beef, onions, carrots and taters. Made some horsey sauce too.

I made supper using store bought, frozen tortellini. I pretended I was making fettuccine Alfredo, but used the tortellini instead of fettuccine. I served that with a salad and homemade vinaigrette. That experiment worked. Another time, I will try to remember that it wants less butter when you don't use cream in the Alfredo sauce. It was tasty.

We had Naan bread pizzas. Easy supper and one of Himself's favorites. He had prosciutto, onions, and pepperoni. I had prosciutto, black olives, mushrooms, and fresh tomato.
