Taco Wednesday

Cheddar apple pie ice cream.

Supposed to be chicken. Himself's ankle is sore today so grilling was scratched. We grazed on leftovers instead after having mixed greens salads. Himself had his topped with radishes, carrots, scallions, and tomatoes. I had blueberries, cherries, toasted walnuts, and feta cheese; drizzled a lemon-honey vinaigrette over it. It was as tasty as it was pretty.

We had smoked salmon on bagels with cream cheese and onion, as well as pickles.

 

[Just Cooking]

A blah day here so, we settled for tuna sandwiches and potato chips.

Ice cream was dessert.
