The family came over for lunch and I made butternut soup and chicken pie with broccoli - DS brought dessert - malva pudding, tipsy tart and milk tart - yummy !

Washing Up
Since it was Father's Day Sunday, and I do most of the cooking, we ate out most of the weekend so I could have a couple of days off! Chili's, the Morton Arboretum, Omega Pancake House, and even tried KFC's Smoky Chipotle crispy chicken.
It was neither smoky nor Chipotle, just hot and less flavor than regular or extra crispy.
But the rest of the weekend was good!
