Rogan Josh?

Hello all i am going to make Rogan josh on saturday night. If any one is interested in a recipe please let me know.

I am interested. I have some nice curry powder and lots of fresh things but could use a good recipe. I also picked up some onion Naan mix at 10 cents a box at Big Lots and will serve that with it. What a buy; nobody knows what it is here, I think.

Rogan Josh is Indian Lamb Curry

Rogan (Persian for clarified butter or ghee), Josh (intense heat) so a lamb curry made in intense heat and often with intense heat (spices)

essentially the ingredients are lamb , tomate puree, ghee, brown onion paste , garlic ginger puree , cardamom , cloves , yoghurt , saffron , garam masala , chilli powder and some ground almonds.

I would certainly love a Rogan Josh recipe, need a Naan recipe as well as I can't seem to find the mix around here anywhere!
