ooh, fish tacos... Sounds nice.

Going to make a Lime and chili cole slaw to go with.

I found some Arctic Cod on sale and bought 4 pounds. After I got done portioning, I had small bits left, decided fish tacos would be good.

After shopping...heading out now.:)
 
tuna casserole, i can hear everyone laughing. i was going to make it at least five times in the past weeks. never got around to it. however, it is all mixed up in the fridg. no topping yet, may leave it off so i can have a cornbread muffin. can't have both, to many calories.
 
Got ground beef, peppers, zucchini, mushrooms and a host of saucy ideas. I've got no clue what the final product will be though. I'm really tired today and needing a nap. Think I might do that first and then think about dinner.
 
Homemade Chicken A La King over rice with a side of steamed and buttered fresh string beans.

Green leaf lettuce with an Asian vinaigrette to start. Salmon with a glaze/sauce of ginger, white wine, soy sauce, lemon, and sesame oil, with brown rice on the side, garnished with scallions.
