We ordered Chinese carry out yesterday although I did make the sesame noodles to go with them....yesterday.

Today, I channeled my inner child with the new attachment that I got on a killer sale for the KA stand mixer. Almost as fun as the playdough fun factory is the KA pasta extruder that gives me shapes that my hand rolling pasta machine did not give. Tonight, I tried to make fusilli. It came out a lot heavier than I would have liked but the flavor and texture was good. For a sauce, I used garden okra with tomatoes, celery, onion, garlic, S&P, and a good squeeze of lemon. It hit the spot.

That's pretty cool, Kathleen!

It was "gonna be" be breakfast for supper. It's been almost cool and constantly cloudy all day. Good day for doing nothing. So I did exactly nothing.

We had leftovers today. There are still enough for tomorrow. That puts breakfast for supper on Sunday in jeopardy, too.

Thank goodness Stirling had a craving for pizza. I got another visual migraine, so I wouldn't have been very good at making supper. We ordered from a local, Greek pizzeria. I had a "2 stick souvlaki platter". Stirling had pizza. We both enjoyed our meals.

I've been in a "I don't feel like cooking" slump for a week..

Put together a green salad and ate it with buttered crackers..

Didn't even have dessert..
