Home again in Ohio!
Easy meal of baked turkey tenderloin, sauteed zucchini, baby peas, and baked potatoes. You can't see the peas because they were shy. [emoji38] Actually, they were cooked after the photo. ~ Clemson vs THE Ohio State University football game for dessert. Go Buckeyes!

What's your supper?

We had leftovers. There was some of the German sausage and potato soup and the last two slices of tourtière with gravy.

I made a quick coconut curry with chicken thighs we had over rice. It was a new recipe that I may try again with some modifications.

Read something interesting on a FB food thread I follow so, I tried it for Jeannie and myself..

Instead of making egg salad sandwiches the way I always have, I soft scrambled the eggs, then mixed with the normal ingredients for egg salad..

The sandwich was very good and it was a simple process.. :)

A fun experiment we enjoyed and will have again.. :yum:

We had our every-other-Saturday staple. Potato, onion, and kielbasa soup. Last o goodies from my cousin's goodie bag for dessert.
