Saturday's Dinner Effort 11/13

We had pulled pork sandwiches, topped with slaw, on brioche buns. Pork and beans as the side.

Brownies for dessert.

We had early supper at around 16h00. We ordered Lebanese food. We shared two platters. One with kafta kebab and one with chicken. Both came with rice, potatoes, cole slaw, hummus, garlic sauce, and pickled turnip. It was really good. We have leftovers, but I'm not sure they won't get munched this evening.

Pan fried rib eye, buttered toasted egg noodles and cucumbers in sour cream.

Saturdays are sloth days when we get to the resort. There is leftover pizza, but I figured I'd make healthy salads for us first.

We do have brownies, courtesy of our friends that we lunched with yesterday. No ice cream, but lots of milk.

Mom & I went out to lunch today with Mr.&Mrs. N-D Neighbors and one of the Gal Pals to a local Thai restaurant ... very good!













Our table was groaning

And yet, I made grilled Cheeseburgers & Fries for us three for supper

We had cauliflower 'wings' with a sweet red bell peppers sauce with soy sauce and honey. And some ww macaroni with no cheeze sauce.
