We were supposed to have manicotti, but I got the bright idea to use oven ready lasagna sheets to use as the tubes and they were taking forever to soften enough to roll, so I asked Craig how about a lasagna. So that's what we had plus a green salad and the garlic bread.

DH found a YouTube video about how to do the maintenance on a propane grill. Today, he finally got around to doing it. Yay! the grill is working properly again. He grilled the sausages: Italian sausages and some vegan sausages. The Italian ones were good, as expected. The vegan ones were, in my opinion, even worse than expected. (Got them as a free sample. I'm not ever buying those. Yuck) To go with the sausages, I made some pesto and served it on some wholegrain fusilli. I also made a salad with some homemade vinaigrette from the fridge and I dug out the carrot and daikon slaw. It was actually much better when added to the salad.
