Homemade potato soup using a recipe I created when I was 14. It was my youngest brothers favorite. He died this December and I'll raise a ladle to him in his honor.

We had garden salads and Naan bread pizzas. We so love his-and-her pizzas because we both end up happy. [emoji1]

My version of Cacio e Pepe Three Cheese Tortellini,
mix-ins are sautéed Sweet Italian Sausage, Kale and LOADS of Garlic,
more Olive Oil and grated Grana Padano Cheese on top.

I found a package of Barilla brand Tortellini in the back of the
pantry, and boiled up the entire bag
That's lunch tomorrow too!

Ordered out. I had a steak sub and DH had "deluxe" lasagna. It was all good.
