Homemade potato soup using a recipe I created when I was 14. It was my youngest brothers favorite. He died this December and I'll raise a ladle to him in his honor.
My version of Cacio e Pepe Three Cheese Tortellini,
mix-ins are sautéed Sweet Italian Sausage, Kale and LOADS of Garlic,
more Olive Oil and grated Grana Padano Cheese on top.
I found a package of Barilla brand Tortellini in the back of the
pantry, and boiled up the entire bag
That's lunch tomorrow too!
