Personally I will try everything, is the only way to know if somethingh is good or not, plus eating some unusual food can help us to understand better other people with different culture.

The Chinese Snake Head Fish is actually invading into parts of Michigan. They grow to 36" long, and become the top predator in any body of water they inhabit (they'll attack, kill, and eat bass, even Northern Pike).

The giant water bugs I can actually buy frozen at the Asian grocery store I go to.
