Sundays for our house means Pasta Night!

I've been far too busy today to make homemade Pasta,
but I found the last of the Meatballs that I made
back in September for DH's B-Day dinner
way down deep in the inside freezer.

It's gonna be Meatball Parm and probably Rigatoni for DH
and just TJ's Ciabatta Bread for Moi … maybe a Green Salad too.

And we have freshly made Chef John's Pecan Sour Cream Coffee Cake for dessert. SOMEONE has been grousing that he hasn't had any dessert for awhiles now REALLY??

It's probably best that I not let him see the recipe, what with all of that butter AND sour cream in it

Hungarian goulash soup with pork shoulder (thanks, Steve Kroll). Also rolls, butter and wine.

I breaded and fried some frozen haddock. We had it with potatoes and Tasty Bites brand of prepared "Jaipur Vegetables".

In an effort to get my Dad ready to live alone, I set up everything mise en place for him to make spaghetti. So he is having spaghetti with red gravy and a tossed salad. I am having a glass of Merlot.

We had baked chicken that was marinated overnight in Italian dressing, mashed potatoes & gravy, and sweet peas.
