Sunday, 5-31-20. What's for dinner?

Panko crusted chicken thighs with homemade egg noodles, gruyere cheese sauce, with carrots and green beans.

I made on of my favorite recipes tonight. Luca's Lasagna Bolognese. It was as great as ever.

I did classic skirt steak Fajita's, fire toasted flour tortillas with https://www.discusscooking.com/forum...ay-102236.htmlChimichurri sauce my way, and guacamole with chips on the side.
Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but rather by the moments that take our breath away.
