Leftover pulled pork, grilled chicken, fried potatoes w/onions, and salad.
Update - I just put a white cake marbled with strawberry pie filling in the oven !! So there WILL be dessert !

At the rate the temperature here is climbing, it won't be surprising if we end up with only tomato & cucumber salad and feta, and fresh fruits for our dinner tonight!!

For me petrale sole picatta, for DH halibut dipped in egg then panko and cooked in butter, steamed yukons the halved and dressed with evoo,sliced onion,parsley,salt and pepper and a touch of vinegar, big globe artichokes with mayo or butter, and spinach salad with strawberries..Dessert just cantaloupe halved and the center filled with vanilla ice cream..
