Easy supper planned tonight, just in case we lost power. Still have electricity, but I ran out of personal power after everything I did yesterday for storm prep. We'll be having fried bologna sandwiches soon. I'll be cutting up fresh veggies for a relish tray - a little something healthful to balance out the cherry galette waiting for our dessert...

We ordered burrito bowls. Barbacoa beef, brown rice base, street slaw, refried beans, pickled red onion, Monterrey Jack cheese, chipotle hot sauce, sour cream, and they forgot my salsa verde. it was still good.
