Ahh, Sunday ! What a Comfortable Day !

Twin Burger Patties under Mushroom Gravy, Leftie Lima's, Air Fries, Salad w/ Mushrooms...Asian Ginger Dressed...

Taco topped baked potatoes. Black bottom cupcakes.

Chicken broccoli stir fry with orange ginger sauce. Added a lone carrot and the last few asparagus spears to use em up. Both of which go really well this this sauce. I think they are a permanent addition to the recipe now.

Tonight was a shrimp night. We had Cajun Shrimp with peppers, tomato and pasta in a cream sauce.

DH made tacos. First he had to make up some chili powder. It was yummy.

Rolatini with pasta. I stuffed the thin beef slices (round roast) with pepperoni, fresh basil leaves and motz and provolone cheese.

Taaa Daaa.. Here's SC's birthday dinner last nite. We had such a good time making it, eating it, and drinking it. What a fun evening complete with our favorite music from Amazon and our Alexa Echo.
