Not a problem, I just told Michelle, that the spinach was locally grown a friends dad, we picked it, cleaned it and then froze it so I know it's safe..I'd not buy any bagged or fresh for some time just to be safe. Plus, if I didn't have this spinach, I think I'd get some swiss chard or another type of greens and use that instead, In fact I love chard and use it a lot instead of spinach when I make a torta.jkath said:oooooooh MichelleMarie is right!
