Take out from a local Chinese restaurant. Wings, dumplings, crab rangoon, pork lo mein, sesame chicken and white rice. We haven't had Chinese take-out in a while. We ate as if we hadn't eaten in a week. It was really good.

We ordered from our favourite Indian resto. In honour of Ramadan being over, they had a special dish on the menu this weekend, goat biryani. We ordered that, chicken tikka, two lamb samosas, and onion bhajis. It was all delicious. I really liked that biryani. There were bones with marrow in it. We have leftovers, which pleases me.

For Sunday Brunch I made loco moco, Hawaiian mac salad, guava mimosas made with Helix Cava Brut, and a few Caffe Americanos.

Sunday dinner was bacon wrapped filet mignon, baked beans, white corn on the cob, and a 2017 Gracenote pinot noir. Cherry crumb pie a la mode for dessert.

I'm drooling over all the dinners above...such an interesting menu Taxi...
It's such a lovely evening here that we're in no real hurry to grill our bacon/beef burgers with the trimmings. With our great music playing, we might even open another bottle of wine before we get to grilling/eating. Who would know or even care...;):wub:

I've been fiddling with recipes recently and came across one that I thought would be quite tasty. Oh, boy, it was more than tasty.

We had it with steamed baby asparagus and a raspberry-blackberry pie.

I highly recommend this pork recipe.

Check it out here. There is a little prep time but it is well worth it. Omigosh, soooo good!

Cuban grilled chicken, sour orange mojo, black beans and rice.
