BBQ country style ribs, BBQ doctored B&M baked beans, Black Bear potato salad and Black Bear macaroni salad.

Today´s Lunch

Salmon with a white wine, butter and caper sauce; mashed potatoes, green peas and pineapple cheesecake ( plus a glass or two of Sauvignon Blanc)

I baked some frozen, store bought, breaded haddock and some frozen tots and fries. I made some remoulade. I served that with corn and bean salad with some malt vinegar for the taters and wedges of lemon for the fish. It was yummers. We both had seconds.

I cooked an enormous bone-in skin on chicken breast SV then browned it. That and a salad was dinner.

We had grilled ribeye steaks, baked potatoes, salad, Mom had strawberries for dessert and I had watermelon cubes. Later, I had 2 dark chocolate w/ sea salt mini bars.
 
In an effort to harvest and use some of my fresh microgreens, we had a version of the Good Earth's Baked Cheese sandwiches. It was tasty, but I should habe harvested more sprouts!
