I was feeling lazy, so I made a country omelette with an addition of scallions and feta. I reheated the leftover roasted vegis and put out some whole grain baguette with EVOO and balsamic vinegar for dipping. We had that with a rosé wine. That was yummier than expected.

What's your supper?

Barbecue chicken with fried okra picked fresh this morning. Corn in a light butter dill sauce and sweet pickles. It was hot today, but worth grilling.

This sounds awesome!

Down to the wire this afternoon and I hadn't decided what dinner was to be. Found a container of frozen pasta sauce and that decided it. But wait. Sounds kinda blah, just pasta and tomato sauce. So I ran down to the freezer and dug out a huge chicken breast to thaw for cutlets. So dinner was chicken parm with spaghetti and sauce.

I made big bowls of tuna salad and surimi salad. Made a flat bread sandwich with each, then cut each in half so Himself and I had some of each. Fruit salad with ice cream, too.IMG_20200727_210048567_HDR.jpgIMG_20200727_222643946_HDR.jpg
