Tonight we had breakfast for supper. I made egg and cheese in ham cups. Stirling toasted the whole grain miche (large, round, rustic loaf). We figured we needed a little bit of veg, so we opened a can of dolmadakia (Greek style stuffed vine leaves). Yes, I had more toast than that.
I made one of our favorite short rib recipes. I needed something easy as our insurance person was coming by at 2PM.... so, Korean Beef Short Ribs in the crockpot. And a pot of Jasmine rice...plus salad from the garden with Peanut Dressing. It was very yummy!
