I roasted a butterflied chunk of pork loin on a bed of vegis and covered everything in sauce that was basically a vinaigrette. I served it with brown basmati rice with some corn mixed in.

What's your Thursday supper?

We had a hunger for more "caviar deviled eggs" and I sure don't want the caviar to go to waste. Ohh they are sooo good and I still have half the 2 oz. jar left. They were especially good with the addition of Singapore Seasoning,(myspicesage.com) not only because of the flavor but the high concentration of Turmeric added to the bright yellow of the yolk mixture.

I made them early in the day to go with my individual Fish Casseroles of tri colored rice on the bottom, the next layer is steamed spinach, the next layer is fish seasoned with Singapore Seasoning and salt. The little casseroles are topped with well buttered Panko crumbs and baked in the toaster oven at 375 for 30 min.
