Grilled Ham Steak , Mustard Aoli, Mashed Baby Reds with Creamed Corn, Roasted Carrots.........

We had smoked salmon on bagels with cream cheese, onion, and capers. There were pickles, pickled onions, black olives, and store bought potato salad as well.

Oven roasted chile relleno with Chipotle asado sauce. Vegetarian with egg.

Pan seared pork tenderloin medallions with a spice rub, buttered noodles and salad.

The rub is one I stole from the cast iron skillet baked chicken I made a few days ago. It's a great basic everyday rub.

2 tsp Salt
2 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Pepper
½ tsp Onion Powder
½ tsp Granulated Garlic

It was leftovers both yesterday and today. I have no idea what we'll have tomorrow since I'm now out of leftovers.

I see we have 2 threads for Thursday dinner. Perhaps a mod will combine them.

We had pork gyoza and noodles in dashi.

Ice cream was dessert.
